We connect patients with qualified CT-licensed certifying practitioners and guide them through Connecticut's two-step medical marijuana certification and DCP registration process — from Downtown Danbury and Wooster Heights to Brookfield Road, Padanaram, and every Danbury neighborhood.
Every practitioner on our platform holds a valid Connecticut medical license and is authorized to certify patients under Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 420f. They submit certifications directly to the DCP on behalf of qualified Danbury patients.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Danbury patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.

A Danbury patient books a real-time video visit with a CT-licensed certifying practitioner through this platform. The practitioner reviews the patient's condition against the DCP qualifying conditions list and, if appropriate, submits the certification directly to DCP. DCP then contacts the patient for identity and Connecticut residency verification — at no state fee. Once verified (typically within 1 to 7 business days), DCP emails the digital registration certificate. The patient presents it — paper or phone — along with a Connecticut ID at any licensed dispensary facility or hybrid retailer statewide, and purchases up to 5 ounces per month, exempt from Connecticut's state sales tax and cannabis excise taxes.
Connecticut medical marijuana patients are completely exempt from the state sales tax and cannabis excise taxes that apply to adult-use recreational purchases. For Danbury patients who manage a qualifying condition with regular cannabis use, this tax exemption represents meaningful ongoing savings. Medical patients also purchase up to 5 ounces per month from licensed dispensary facilities, with access to medical-only product formulations not always available on the adult-use market.
